Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities
 

  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team

  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics

  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
     

Requirements
 

  • Management experience of large group international companies

  • University/Bachelor Degree

  • Familiar with Financing and Capital Management

  • Familiar with IPO and Real Estate Field

  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

  • Agricultural related projects and company experience are preferred but not must

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and general management best practices

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Have understanding of operation of funds and experience to sell funds

Fund Management Manager

Responsibilities
 

  • Devise comprehensive investment solutions and provide detail explanation in regarding fund portfolio for professional /institutional / clients in Cambodia and any preferred market.

  • Provide education and in-depth training on investment and wealth management strategies to sales manager and potential clients in Cambodia.

  • Business development and client relationship management with professional, institutional and clients

  • Generate commission revenue for the Company by conducting fund sales business.

  • Promote and initiate corporate financial and fund sales channel in Cambodia or Greater China or any preferred jurisdiction.

  • Work closely with senior management and help formulate suitable sales and marketing plan to grow the client base and assets.

  • Complete ad hoc sales tasks as required by senior management.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies of intermediary distribution business for Cambodia or any other preferred jurisdiction.

  • Develop and implement business development and sales plans and maintain robust pipeline of business opportunities.

  • Maintain good relationship with existing distributors and expand distribution network

  • Have an in-depth understanding of fixed-income products, real estate, funds/bonds

  • Coordinate and ensure delivery of after sales service to clients.

  • Liaise with the marketing team on organizing any related marketing campaigns with clients to support the product range

  • Work hand in hand with other internal teams (e.g. Product, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance)
     

Requirements
 

  • 4- 6 years of  financial salespersons in banking/insurance/brokerage sectors

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of financial markets and market news and trends

  • Fluent in Khmer, English and higher wages for Chinese

  • Good understanding in terms of banking, fund, fixed income or bonds/fund products.

  • Professional designations such as CFA, CFP, CIMA, MBA are a plus but definitely not a must.

  • Candidate is expected to possess a solid, portable client base

  • Have understanding of operation of funds and experience to sell funds

Fund Management Sales

Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to promote investment funds via appropriate distribution channels

  • Deliver sales target which include net sales and profit growth

  • Develop, build and maintain third party clients

  • Regularly arrange clients’ visit and establish close relationship with clients

  • Arrange fund briefing and sales activities to drive sales

  • Participate and be speaker at clients’ seminar

  • Collect market intelligence and maintain client information in order to provide reasonable advice
     

Requirements
 

  • University degree major in Economics, Finance, Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of financial sales in banking/insurance/brokerage sectors with excellent selling skills also welcomed.

  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of financial markets and market news and trends

  • Candidate is expected to possess a solid, portable client base

  • Strong self-motivation, detail-minded and has the ability to work independently

  • Sound knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
