Sammy Wong

Director

Sammy has over 16 years of experience in direct investment and merger and acquisition.  He has attained over HKD 300 million worth of contracts, has arranged over HKD 102 million of pre-IPO fund raising, and has assisted multiple corporations in raising over USD 200 million of funds.  Sammy currently is the Co-founder of an investment holding company focused on medium-size growth enterprises across China and Hong Kong, Whale Capital, where he has sourced multiple investment deals, and has provided business integration counsel, particularly in corporate finance and operations, to a wide range of portfolio companies in the retail and the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector.  Sammy is also a shareholder of Forbes Media LLC, and the CEO at both Digital Group and Gem Public Company.  Sammy is a Certified Financial Consultant and he earned his Bachelor Degree of Science at Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Jones Chan

CEO

Jones is the Founder of JC Enterprises in Hong Kong, he has over 15 years of experience in investment, trading and agricultural businesses. In recent years Jones has been advising and assisting various Government of Ministries in Cambodia to bring in foreign investors (total foreign investment reaches over USD1 billion). Jones is now playing a key leadership role in the Fintech industry in Cambodia, he currently serves as Chairman of Cambodia Smart City Consortium and has successfully formed a key partnership between the Government of Cambodia and Smart City Consortium Company in Hong Kong, aims to facilitate the transfer of technology and build ICT expertise in Cambodia. On July 2, 2018, the National Institute of Posts, Telecoms and ICT in Cambodia signed a memorandum of understanding with the Smart City Consortium in Cambodia and the Smart City Consortium in Hong Kong in support of this e-government initiative. Over the last decade, Jones has also successfully invested new technologies in the agarwood and agricultural businesses across Asia. He has participated in various real estates and infrastructure investments in Cambodia since 2012. In recent years, Jones has been advising and helping local manufacturers and distributors on product development and distribution in Cambodia. Jones earned a Bachelor Degree of Accounting in Aston University in the United Kingdom.

Clement Wong

Compliance Officer

Clement has extensive experience in investment management, corporate governance and compliance. Currently, he is the CEO and Managing Director of Only Oud Biotechnology Co Ltd. Prior to his current role, Clement served as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing at a Hong Kong listed stock brokerage firm and investment bank, Haitong International Securities Group Ltd from 2011 to 2015, where he provided strategic investment advice and financing solutions to high net worth clients.  His solid experience in corporate governance and compliance was proved during his tenures at both EFG Bank AG and JS Cresvale Securities International Limited between 2007 and 2010, where he was a Compliance Officer responsible for maintaining and ensuring good standards of compliance with all matters of corporate governance, and also acted as a point of communication between the company and governing bodies.  Clement is a Certified Financial Consultant and he earned his Bachelor Degree of Law at University of Hertfordshire.

Kenneth Ma

Public or/and Private Fund of Collective Investment Scheme Representative

Kenneth is a corporate finance and valuation expert in the Asia-Pacific region. He has led over 400 valuations, ranging from financial instruments, intangible and fixed assets to natural resources and technology including blockchain and cryptocurrencies.  Kenneth currently acts as a Director at Moore Stephens where he leads the Corporate Finance and Valuation team.  He is also the co-author of the book “Mineral and Petroleum Companies in Hong Kong – A Practitioner’s Guide for Listing and Transaction Requirements”.
